About

Heala comes from the Hebrew word hila (הילה) — meaning halo, a circle of light.

Young Jews are spiritually hungry, seeking meaning and belonging within tradition. This moment calls for communities that integrate creative wellness with collective healing to revitalize Jewish identity in the modern era.

Heala hosts monthly circles in different settings across NYC, each centered on a different expression of ritual, movement, food, creativity, and conversation. Every gathering is co-created with a special guest — a chef, artist, facilitator, or teacher whose practice shapes the evening. A portion of every ticket supports a Jewish organization connected to that event's theme.

Rooted in ancient tradition and embodied practice, we offer shared spiritual spaces that feel like coming home to Jewish wisdom. Join us to nourish your body, mind, and soul.
